Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our UK/US or Germany warehouse. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after cash receipt.

All items are sent via signed-for courier with an expected delivery of 6-10 business days. Shipping times will vary, contact us for expected timescale.

Orders that are placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday. All our prices exclude shipping. Shipment cost is based on item weight and will be added at checkout.

Please note that very effort is made to ensure that all products are in stock at time of order. In the event of an item being unavailable we will contact you to discuss the options. If you then do not wish to proceed, your order can be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.

 

Returns

Our products are of the best quality, but we understand that sometimes you just aren´t happy with something you purchase. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable/unused condition, with ALL original materials and packing. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have a product that you would like to return please contuct us.

Should you have a faulty item, please send an email to us detailing the original order number and any reasons you may have. We will then provide you with the correct instrucions and the returns address.

In all cases, return shipping charges are not refundable and will be met by the customer.
